At Isopure Water, we strive to ensure you receive the highest quality filtration systems and components; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
- 3.Ship Items Back
Send your return to our designated distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely and is processed promptly.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned products, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees.
